Now that the winter months are here, be aware of the wet and icy roads as you drive through Oregon's winter wonderland. Remember to keep your headlights on during the day as well as night so others can see you. Allow yourself extra time on those wet and slippery mornings while commuting to work. When you are stopped at an intersection, let that car go by instead of pulling out in front of it. It will only be a few seconds longer to wait but could keep you from a collision. Absolutely no texting and driving. It's not worth it. And here's the punchline...If you are in a car accident, know that chiropractic and massage are effective at treating whiplash injury, headaches, sprains/strains and back pain caused by the collision. So if you've been in a car accident and aren't sure what to do, give our clinic a call and we can guide you through the process with little to no money coming out of your pocket as well as help with any of the administrative paperwork that needs to be done.
At your first visit to Oregon Trail Chiropractic, LLC, Dr. Jonathan Rhue will explain the science behind how chiropractic care works, and give you a full evaluation to see if chiropractic care is right for you. If there is a good fit, we can develop a plan of chiropractic care that is specific to your condition and health goals.

"Observational study found that low back pain patients receiving chiropractic care, which typically includes spinal manipulation, are more satisfied than those receiving medical care."
